I found this app that allows you to build anything digitally with Lego pieces. it’s called Stud.io and its designed by bricklink. It's completely free to digitally build, and you can even buy the parts to build your creations yourself, but sadly that’s not free. I downloaded it yesterday and I’ve already built a cool car there's finished and rended copy below. You can also download other people’s creations at bricklink.com in the build menu under gallery.
